Rather, I would like to give you a personal experience with this Bodum version. This was made as a very good design when compared with the earlier Bodum version. 

A long ago, I was about to waste my time preparing my morning latte using the handheld milkfrother and steam wand in an espresso machine. As the days go, I noticed that the frothing process eating my daytime. 

Before buying the Bodum electric milkfrother barista edition, For making a latte, I do heat the milk and transfer the milk into the jug & keep on placing my whisking wand inside the milk till when I get frothy milk. It was my heck I need to forget those days.

Bodum electric milkfrother barista edition helps me to get rid of and keep on watching the milk preparation. The only time I need to make a froth is to pour milk & switch on the frother.

Unlike the handheld milk frother, I will get a good quality foam from Bodum electric frother. Also, it only takes three minutes to froth the hot milk. One set of running will give you the big jug of coffee for you(around 8 ounces), if you need more, run it again, you just need 3 more minutes.

Unlike the espresso machines, you don’t need to wash the whole unit. It only has two parts, just cool down the unit once the operation is finished. & then wash it using the dishwasher.

Like most milk frothers, Bodum bistro is made up of stainless steel material. The frother weighs1.86 pounds and its dimensions are well fit in the kitchen. The bottom electric base is not waterproof and dishwasher safe as it contains the electrical supply. But, the Upper jug is dishwasher safe. 

As usual, the frother comes with two frothing whisks. One for heating and another for froth milk. I have been using this for a year. It helps me save time. I just need to do one press for my drink all the time. Previously I was used to frothing wand where I will be holding on throughout the preparation process. It is not the downside of a steam wand. Based on the individual requirement, the type of frother varies.

The heated milk option will just heat the milk. In this option, you can make hot chocolate drinks. 

The frother is easy to clean because all the electrically connected parts are in the bottom base only which is not dishwasher safe. And the top jug is dishwasher safe and easy to clean though. Simply rub it up using the cleaning powder and wash it.

I have been using the bodBodumlk frother for various milk. 

I found myself the better foam formation for oat milk. The lighter the oat milk, the lighter the foam formation.

And tried almond milk which is almost full of froth only.

Also, the chai latte makes a good foam. I was shocked to see the temperature of the milk go up to 150 deg.C in a few minutes.

One Ounce is. The minimum amount you can put in the frother.
